1. Website Usage and Acceptance

By browsing, submitting contact forms, or booking consultations on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. Unauthorized use, security breaches, or attempts to disrupt operations will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

2. Service Descriptions

Rabee Studio provides premium business solutions, including but not limited to:

• AI Automation Agency Solutions: Custom workflows, system integrations, and agent implementations.
• Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Services: Meta Ads, Google Ads management, copywriting, and media buying.
• CRM Development: Custom database structures, lead routing scripts, and synchronization modules.
• Lead Generation Services: Funnel strategy, conversion optimization, and high-performance landing pages.

All project specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be formally established in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project execution and optimal campaign results, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely business information and creative assets as requested.
• Grant necessary administrative access to advertising accounts, hosting platforms, and third-party software as specified in our onboarding protocol.
• Ensure all business operations, products, and services promoted by Rabee Studio comply with local and international regulations.

4. Billing, Payments, and Fees

Payment terms for our digital marketing and automation consulting services are detailed in your project contract. Generally, terms include:

• Setup fees or initial deposits are due prior to project commencement.
• Monthly retainer fees for advertising management are billed in advance of the service month.
• Client is directly responsible for all advertising spends paid directly to platforms like Meta or Google.
• All invoice payments must be processed by the agreed date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including website designs, graphics, branding, scripts, custom databases, and proprietary AI workflows developed by Rabee Studio, are the intellectual property of Rabee Studio until all final payments are received. Upon successful project completion and invoice clearance, ownership of custom-built assets, files, and copy will transfer to the client, while Rabee Studio retains rights to generalized code blocks and templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rabee Studio, its founders, or team members be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including lost revenues, system downtime, algorithm changes by advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads policies), or server outages. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services under dispute during the preceding 30 days.

7. Service Availability & Account Security

While we strive to maintain 100% uptime for our websites, CRM dashboards, and client portals, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or external server events may cause temporary interruptions. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and monitoring all administrative actions taken under their accounts.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using our site and services, you agree not to engage in:

• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or copying proprietary website layouts, branding, or code.
• Submitting fraudulent, duplicate, or spam leads to our contact systems.
• Spreading malware, keyloggers, or launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our systems.
• Using our automation scripts or marketing setups to promote illegal or unethical products.

9. Termination and Suspending Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to our website, CRM portals, or ongoing services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, failed to complete required payments, or engaged in actions detrimental to Rabee Studio's operations or reputation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements between the client and Rabee Studio shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
